IHD Corporation provides seminars on interviewing, effective communication and on state-of-the-art pre-employment assessments (DISCII and Achiever) to the members at their annual meetings in Orlando and Chicago. In addition, a comprehensive eight-month benchmark study of top performers in six positions within the building industry was released to Jack Miller Network Group members in 2008.
