Take IHD Corporation's Employment Aptitude and Personality Assessments

The following are Employment Aptitude & Personality Assessments. Please choose the assessment that your administrator has directed you to take.

DISCII: (Untimed - Approximately 10-12 minutes). This assessment identifies your behavior style or temperament blend. It is sometimes called personality type.

Achiever: (Approximately 50 minutes - 1 hour). Measures mental aptitude and job related personality characteristics.

Achiever II: (Approximately 1 hour 10 minutes). Achiever PLUS a section on math

Customer Service Performer: (Approximately 30 minutes). Measures math skills and scanning accuracy as well as job-related characteristics and questions relative to theft and use of drugs.

Scoreboard I: (Approximately 25 minutes). Measures personality characteristics and questions relative to theft and use of drugs.

Scoreboard III: (Approximately 20 minutes). Measures personality characteristics only.
